Kimberly Fair
Kimberly is an experienced strategist helping guide companies and leadership in streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and designing strategies that maximizes growth and productivity.

In addition to acting Co-Founder and Director of Operations, Kimberly serves as Principal Strategist at the Fair Strategies Firm where she advises on political strategy, coalition-building, fundraising, and campaign guidance.
Director of Advocacy & Recruiting Consultant
Jamar Morris
Morris has recruiting experience at Big Ten programs Northwestern and Wisconsin.
Morris most recently served as a recruiting assistant intern at Northwestern during the 2022 season. He joined Northwestern after stints as a behavioral education assistant at Madison Memorial High School (Wis.), scouting jobs for the East-West Shrine Game and Optimum Scouting, and a recruiting assistant intern position for the Wisconsin football program during the 2020 season.
Morris graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2019 with a degree in health and sports science education. He was a four-year member of the football team as a tight end and a team captain. Prior to Northwestern Oklahoma State, Morris was a standout player on both sides of the ball for Madison Memorial High School (Wis.), where he earned All-State honors.
Recruiting & Operations Assistant Intern
Brian Stacy
Brian is a 2024 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he played wide receiver for all four years and won several conference championships. On top of his duties as a student-athlete, he served as Carnegie Mellon's Assistant Director of Recruiting for two years as well as Assistant Wide Receiver Coach during the spring of 2024.
Currently, he works full time as an analyst at Goldman Sachs in Chicago; however, he has a dedicated passion for football and is committed to helping athletes showcase their full potential and connecting them with opportunities that align with their goals.
